Article 1

En Los Procesos Penales Que Por El Delito De Contrabando Adelanten Las Autoridades Con Motivo De La Aprehensión, En Diversos Lugares De Expendio Al Público Entre El 6 Y El 30 De Septiembre Del Presente Año, De Mercancías Ilegalmente Introducidas Al País, Se Aplicarán Las Siguientes Reglas: A) No Habrá Lugar A Detención Preventiva; B) Se Otorgará Perdón El Judicial, Sin Sujeción A Los Requisitos Del Artículo 80 Del Código Penal; Parágrafo 1

°. En los procesos penales que por el delito de contrabando adelanten las autoridades con motivo de la aprehensión, en diversos lugares de expendio al público entre el 6 y el 30 de septiembre del presente año, de mercancías ilegalmente introducidas al país, se aplicarán las siguientes reglas

No habrá lugar a detención preventiva;

Se otorgará perdón el judicial, sin sujeción a los requisitos del artículo 80 del Código Penal;

Parágrafo 1

Igual tratamiento se dará a quienes dentro del mismo lapso entreguen voluntariamente a la Aduana mercancías ilegalmente importadas.

Parágrafo 2

Las mercancías decomisadas o entregadas voluntariamente quedarán a favor del Estado.
