ARTICULO 3.2.3.13.- SISTEMA DE INTERCONEXION BURSATIL. Con el fin de propender por un mercado más informado y transparente, la Superintendencia de Valores podrá establecer que ciertos valores, solo sean negociados a través de un sistema de interconexión bursátil que integre las bolsas del país. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de las disposiciones especiales que sean incorporadas a los reglamentos de las bolsas o que expida la Superintendencia en relación con las condiciones de negociación y tarifas.
