Vencido el término de traslado, a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Consejo Profesional Seccional, a través de su Presidente, dispondrá de veinte (20) días hábiles para practicar las pruebas solicitadas por el investigado y las demás que de oficio considere convenientes para lograr la mayor claridad posible, con miras a producir la decisión más justa.
