Créase el Consejo Nacional de Operación de Gas Natural, CNO, el cual, como cuerpo asesor del Centro de Coordinación de Transporte de Gas Natural, CTG, tendrá como función hacer recomendaciones que busquen que la operación integrada del Sistema Nacional de Transporte de Gas Natural sea segura, confiable y económica. El Consejo Nacional de Operación de Gas Natural tendrá un Secretario Técnico quien además será el Director del Centro de Coordinación de Transporte de Gas Natural, CTG.
