Empresas de transporte marítimo no regulares u ocasionales . Las empresas de transporte marítimo nacionales y extranjeras, que presten servicios ocasionales para carga general, deberán registrarse ante la Dirección General Marítima en los términos que estipula el artículo 15 del presente Decreto, e igualmente deberán informar a la Dirección, con veinticuatro (24) horas de anticipación, cada vez que sus buques arriben o zarpen de puerto colombiano, los puertos de cargue y descargue, carga a movilizar y valor del flete.
