Adicionar Un Parágrafo Al Artículo 2

Decreto 1760 de 2019 · por medio del cual se modifican y adicionan las disposiciones relacionadas con la administración de los bienes del Frisco de las que trata el Título 5 de la Parte 5 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público.

Parágrafo

al artículo 2.5.5.5.7. del Capítulo 5 del Título 5 de la Parte 5 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, con el siguiente tenor:

Parágrafo

En caso de que el destinatario no haga efectiva la orden de entrega de los bienes asignados, el Administrador del Frisco podrá hacer uso de las facultades de policía administrativa que le otorga la ley. En todo caso, el Administrador del Frisco está habilitado para iniciar las acciones legales tendientes a resarcir los perjuicios que la gestión del destinatario removido pudiera causarle.
