En los procesos por delitos que sean de la competencia de los Jueces Municipales, si la sentencia condenare a pagar al responsable, por concepto de perjuicios civiles, una cantidad que exceda de quinientos pesos, conocerá de la segunda instancia el respectivo Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial.
