Los Retenedores Expedirán Anualmente A Los Contribuyentes Sujetos A La Retención, Antes Del 1°

Los retenedores expedirán anualmente a los contribuyentes sujetos a la retención, antes del 1°. de marzo del año siguiente al gravable un certificado en el cual conste: 1°. Nombre y Nit del retenedor 2°. Nombre y Nit del contribuyente a quien se le hizo la retención. 3°. Valor retenido en el año. 4°. Concepto y cuantía de los pagos efectuados en el año.

Parágrafo

A solicitud del contribuyente beneficiario del pago, el retenedor deberá expedir certificado de cada retención, el cual deberá contener las normas especificaciones del certificado anual. Los contribuyentes a quienes efectué la retención acompañaran a su declaración de renta y patrimonio los certificados anuales o periódicos.
