El Gobierno deberá incluir en el Presupuesto de gastos de cada vigencia de treinta mil pesos ( $ 30.000.00) como aporte de la Nación a la Caja de Auxilios, creada por el artículo 4° de la Ley 45 de 1933 , a cuyo cargo estarán las prestaciones a las que se refieren los artículos 1°, 2° y 10 de esta Ley. A dicha Caja seguirá ingresando el dos por ciento (2%) que se deduce mensualmente de la nómina o rol de empleados y trabajadores.
