Articulo 76 . La entidad concedente, una vez verificada la existencia de los hechos u omisiones objeto de la infracción de las disposiciones sobre apuestas permanentes, pondrá en conocimiento del presunto infractor los cargos que se le formulan, mediante notificación personal al respecto. El acusado podrá conocer el expediente correspondiente.
