º La entrega de las encomiendas contra reembolso no podrá tener lugar sino después de que el destinatario haya consignado el giro postal que corresponda exactamente a la cantidad reembolsable, librado a favor del remitente de la encomienda. Al margen del giro se hará la siguiente anotación: "Reembolso. Encomienda número... Envío número..."
