Incidente de reparación integral en los procesos en que los niños, las niñas y los adolescentes son víctimas . En los procesos penales en que se juzgue un adulto por un delito en el cual sea víctima un niño, niña o adolescente, el incidente de reparación integral de perjuicios se iniciará de oficio si los padres, representantes legales o el defensor de Familia no lo hubieren solicitado dentro de los treinta días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la sentencia.
