En caso de renuncia o falta permanente de alguno de los miembros del Consejo Nacional de Talento Humano en Salud -CNTHS-, se procederá a designar otro representante de la respectiva asociación u organización, el cual será escogido de la lista de inscritos para el período faltante o se podrá convocar a conformación de nueva terna, si a ello hubiere lugar.
