El Ministerio del ramo fijara las entidades o empresas que tengan establecida al entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto líneas telefónicas de circuito sencillo, el plazo dentro del cual deben constituirlas de circuito metálico, y vencido éste término tomará las providencias del caso para que se suspenda inmediatamente el servicio, si no se ha cumplido el requisito de que se trata, y podrá imponerles multas hasta de $ 100.
