El que en cualquier forma conduzca comunicaciones, parte o documentos del enemigo, no siendo obligado a ello o en caso de serlo no los entregue a las autoridades o jefes de las Fuerzas Armadas, al entrar en lugar seguro, será sancionado con presidio cinco a doce años.
