º. La Ley Penal Militar Colombiana se aplica a todos los habitantes del territorio nacional que la infrinjan, salvo las excepciones reconocidas por el Derecho Internacional. Se considera cometidos en Colombia el delito que se principie a ejecutar en el exterior y que se consuma o frustre en el territorio nacional. . Igualmente se considera cometidos en Colombia los delitos realizados a bordo de un buque de guerra de la Armada Nacional o de una aeronave militar.
