Artículo único. Los Proveedores de los Cuerpos de Zapadores asegurarán su manejo con una caución de mil quinientos pesos ($1.500) oro, y quedarán sujetos, como los demás empleados de manejo dependientes del Ministerio de Guerra, a lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 415 de 28 de abril de 1913. Comuníquese y publíquese.
