El Artículo 449 del Código Civil quedará así: Los padres de los hijos extramatrimoniales podrán ejercer los derechos concedidos por los artículos precedentes a los padres legítimos, si viven juntos. En caso contrario ejercerá tales derechos aquel de los padres que tenga a su cuidado el hijo.
