Articulo 89 . El Ministerio de Salud y los Servicios Seccionales de Salud tendrán la facultad de controlar el presupuesto, la administración de fondos, las transferencias, los gastos de administración, los libros y los registros contables que como resultado del juego de apuestas permanentes tengan las entidades concedentes señaladas en este Decreto, sin perjuicio del control fiscal correspondiente.
