El Comité de calificaciones a que se refiere el artículo 31 de la Ley 75 de 1986, estará integrado por: el Ministro de Hacienda o su delegado, quien lo presidirá, el Director General de Aduanas o su delegado, el Director General de Presupuesto o su delegado, el Director General de Tesorería o su delegado y el Director General de Impuestos o su delegado, quien actuará como secretario del mismo.
