Artículo único. El Poder Ejecutivo queda autorizado para abrir en el respectivo Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos nacionales el crédito suficiente para llevar á efecto el monumento que debe erigirse en la Iglesia Catedral Primada de Colombia, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la Ley 26 de 1898 (8 de Noviembre), " por la cual se rinde homenaje á Jesucristo."
