En aquellos casos en los cuales el usuario del servicio de alcantarillado no sea usuario del servicio de acueducto, o que siéndolo posea fuentes adicionales de agua que descargue en el sistema de alcantarillado, la cuenta de alcantarillado se liquidará aplicando el porcentaje autorizado a un aforo del agua consumida normalmente por el usuario, liquidada con las tarifas aplicadas por la entidad a sus propios usuarios de acueducto.
