Para la formación de instructores en conducción, se requerirá autorización especial y se deberán cumplir los requisitos complementarios exigidos a los Centros de Enseñanza Automovilística que para tal efecto reglamente el Gobierno Nacional, a través del Ministerio de Educación en coordinación con el Ministerio de Transporte.
