Este Decreto regirá desde la fecha de su firma y sus disposiciones solo entarán vigentes hasta el 31 de julio próximo, menos en lo que se relaciona a la partida que debe liquidarse para gastos de personal y material, la cual se destina para el servicio del año fiscal en curso.
