Recibido el expediente en la Oficina correspondiente, permanecerá en secretaría por cinco (5) días sin necesidad de auto que lo ordene, para que las partes presenten sus alegatos.
Cumplido lo anterior, el funcionario competente dictará la providencia respectiva dentro de los ocho (8) días siguientes.
