Si el personal de los Comandos de Distritos Militares y los Oficiales de Sanidad, durante las correrías de preparación y reclutamiento, tendrá derecho a la liquidación de las cantidades diarias que por razones de auxilios, fletes y pasajes fija el articulo 7° del presente Decreto, siempre que los respectivos itinerarios de marcha sean debidamente aprobados por el Estado Mayor General (Dirección del Servicio Territorial y Movilización).
