ARTICULO 1o . A partir del 1° de enero de 1993, los secretarios generales de los Establecimientos Públicos del orden nacional tendrán derecho a percibir la Prima Técnica a que se refiere el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
