Las personas que por sus conocimientos técnicos o por razón del trabajo que ejecutan no puede reemplazarse sin grave perjuicio para la empresa, deben trabajar los domingos y días de fiesta sin derecho al descanso compensatorio, pero su trabajo se remunera conforme al artículo 179.
