Artículo tercero. El Ministerio de Trabajo realizará el trámite correspondiente a la renuncia de prestaciones por enfermedad o invalidez o por mayoría de cuarenta (40) años de edad, de acuerdo con lo reglamentado por la ley. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
