ARTICULO 88. INFORMACION QUE DEBEN BRINDAR LOS OPERADORES DE LA RTPC A LAS PERSONAS INSCRITAS EN EL REGISTRO DE PROPONENTES. Para efectos de garantizar la libre competencia y evitar abusos de posición dominante, durante el proceso de licitación, los operadores de la Red Telefónica Pública Conmutada estarán obligados a suministrar a todas las personas inscritas en el Registro de Proponentes, la información que por cualquier motivo pueda ser conocida por cualquiera de ellos. A las solicitudes de información se les dará el trámite señalado en el Código Contencioso Administrativo, o las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
