El Fondo de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, o quien haga sus veces, deberá transferir a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio los recursos para el ejercicio de la función de inspección, vigilancia y control en materia de comunicaciones adelantada por esta Entidad.
