ARTICULO 344 . Allanamiento sin orden escrita de fiscal . En casos de flagrancia cuando se esté cometiendo un delito en lugar no abierto al público, la policía judicial podrá ingresar sin orden escrita del fiscal, con la finalidad de impedir que se siga ejecutando el hecho. Salvo casos de flagrancia, el fiscal o un delegado suyo debe estar presente en los allanamientos.
