Créase, bajo la garantía del Estado, la Caja de Vivienda Militar, como Institución autónoma, con personería jurídica para contratar, y patrimonio independiente del Tesoro Nacional, que tendrá las finalidades señaladas en la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

La Caja a que se refiere el presente artículo tendrá su asiento principal y domicilio en la ciudad de Bogotá.
