Los hospitales públicos y los privados en los cuales el valor de los contratos suscritos con la nación o las entidades territoriales representen más del treinta por ciento (30 %) de sus ingresos totales deberán destinar como mínimo el 5% del total de su presupuesto a las actividades de mantenimiento de la infraestructura y la dotación hospitalaria.
