Art. 1237. Si el cónyuge sobreviviente hubiere de percibir en la sucesión del difunto, a título de donación, herencia o legado, más de lo que corresponde a título de porción conyugal, el sobrante se imputará a la parte de los bienes de que el difunto pudo disponer a su arbitrio.
