Las entidades prestadoras del servicio deberán disponer del equipo mínimo necesario para el barrido mecánico y del equipo de emergencia para garantizar el servicio en las zonas establecidas por la entidad. Este equipo deberá contar con la tecnología más conveniente conforme a las características físicas de la zona.
