Los contratos de arrendamiento de islas o playones o de porciones de éstos, que estuvieren ocupados o cultivados, se celebrarán con el Gobierno, a virtud de solicitud dirigida al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, por conducto del Alcalde del Municipio a que pertenezca la isla o playón de que se trate.
