El régimen aplicable a la liquidación será el previsto en el presente decreto y en lo pertinente en el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, para el caso de la toma de posesión para liquidar y la liquidación forzosa administrativa, y subsidiariamente lo previsto en el Código de Comercio.
