De igual forma, las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes al Ministro de Protección Social como asistente, integrante o miembro de consejos, comisiones, juntas, mesas u otras instancias de deliberación, relacionadas con los temas del Ministerio del Trabajo, deben entenderse referidas al Ministro del Trabajo.
