Entrega de archivos . Los servidores que desempeñen empleos o cargos de manejo y confianza y los responsables de los archivos del Ministerio del Trabajo, deberán adelantar las gestiones necesarias para hacer entrega de los archivos, de competencia del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, debidamente inventariados, en los términos señalados por la ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen los Secretarios Generales de los ministerios.
