Oficinas Especiales . El Ministro podrá organizar Oficinas Especiales de Trabajo para atender los asuntos de competencia del Ministerio en una determinada región, con una o más inspecciones, cuando a su juicio las condiciones políticas, económicas y sociales lo ameriten, las cuales cumplirán las funciones señaladas para las Direcciones Territoriales.
