º La Empresa Puertos de Colombia podrá enajenar directamente los bienes muebles e inmuebles de su propiedad, de acuerdo con el procedimiento que establezca mediante Acuerdo la Junta Directiva, el cual estará orientado a la búsqueda de publicidad y competencia. Los avalúos de estos bienes y de aquellos que se aporten a las Sociedades Portuarias Regionales serán aprobados por la Junta Directiva de la Empresa con el voto favorable del Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transporte.
