Se podrá recibir en el territorio del Puerto Libre de San Andrés y Providencia, mercancías en tránsito para su embarque a otros puertos nacionales o extranjeros. La tramitación de la declaración correspondiente se hará en la Aduana, adjuntando solamente el conocimiento de embarque o guía aérea, la factura comercial o proforma y la lista de empaque.
