ARTICULO 47 . Cierre de investigación. Vencido el término probatorio o practicadas las pruebas decretadas, el funcionario investigador, mediante auto de sustanciación, declarará cerrada la investigación y a partir del día hábil siguiente tendrá cinco (5) días hábiles para rendir su concepto y remitir el expediente a quien ordenó la investigación.
