ARTICULO 7 o. Concepto de falta disciplinaria. Los funcionarios que incumplan los deberes, que abusen de los derechos o incurran en las prohibiciones, que consagra el ordenamiento jurídico, serán objeto de las sanciones disciplinarias que se señalan en este Decreto, sin perjuicio de la acción civil y/o penal que su conducta pueda originar.
