ARTICULO 54. El artículo 217 del Código Contencioso Administrativo quedará así: "Artículo 217. DENUNCIA DEL PLEITO, LLAMAMIENTO EN GARANTÍA Y RECONVENCIÓN. En los procesos relativos a controversias contractuales y de reparación directa, la parte demandada podrá, en el término de fijación en lista, denunciar el pleito, realizar el llamamiento en garantía o presentar demanda de reconvención, siempre que ello sea compatible con la índole o naturaleza de la Jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo".
