Multa. Consiste en la obligación de pagar en favor del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Minas y Energía una cantidad que en ningún momento será superior al equivalente a diez (10) unidades de salario mínimo legal vigente. Se impone siempre, que el hecho no constituya una infracción que a juicio del Ministerio de Minas y Energía sea susceptible de suspensión o cancelación.
