CERTIFICACIONES. La División Jurídica de la Secretaría General de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca, certificará la existencia, representación legal y demás hechos que consten en los respectivos expedientes de las instituciones a que se refiere el presente Decreto, para lo cual dispondrá de un término de ocho (8) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha en que reciba la respectiva solicitud. A la solicitud de certificación se deberá acompañar el valor correspondiente en estampillas prodesarrollo y pro-electrificación rural.
