AUXILIARES DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS DE INSTRUCCION: Son auxiliares de los funcionarios de instrucción

a)

Los miembros del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial y quienes transitoriamente ejerzan esas funciones;

b)

El personal técnico del Instituto de Medicina Legal, y

c)

Las demás personas que por sus conocimientos sean llamadas a colaborar dentro de la investigación.
