En caso de pérdida o extravío total o parcial de un expediente o documentación, la demostración de la situación jurídica necesaria para la aplicación de este Decreto podrá efectuarse mediante la reconstrucción inmediata y sumaria de los mismos, obtenido con el auxilio de las personas interesadas y de las autoridades pertinentes, con copias de las diligencias o providencias, archivos de los despachos, registros carcelarios y policivos y demás datos o informaciones dignas de credibilidad.
